Barry Krost, MA, NCTMB has been a Bodyworker and Energy Healer for 28 years with training that includes Positional Release, Energy Healing and Family Constellations.  

He has been training in Tai Chi Chuan (Wu and Yang) and Chi Kung for many years.  He also has studied transpersonal healing, Transcendental Meditation, Pranic Healing, yoga and Hanna's Somatics.  His hands-on training has included Zero Balancing, Active Assisted Stretching, aromatherapy, Reflexology, Zone Therapy, hands-on healing and Therapeutic Touch

I have been working with the Psoas Muscle since the mid 1990's.  I have tried a number of different approaches but have found that Positional Release is the most effective method.  The Psoas E-Manual was developed over many years of teaching continuing education courses on the Psoas.  I have selected, deleted and refined what I think are the best approaches to this work.
